Hiii, I’m Emily, founder and head coach of Strong Bodies Training!
I get what it feels like to hate the mirror, obsess over the scale, and think maybe I’m just not cut out for this.
Because I’ve been there.
Years ago, I was over 100lbs heavier, buried under shame, perfectionism, and a cycle of starting over every Monday.
I thought if I could just be more “disciplined,” I’d finally fix it. But I learned the hard way that discipline without strategy is just burnout waiting to happen.
So I got serious - not just about weight loss, but about rebuilding who I was.
I became a certified personal trainer and nutrition coach, learned how to fuel and train my body (instead of punishing it), and most importantly - I rewired the habits and mindset that kept pulling me backward.
Now, I help high-achieving women like you do the same - without fad diets, overtraining, or obsessing over every bite.
